I spent the last almost-20 years building a successful career in marketing, looking after household name brands and leading high-performing teams. When I became a mum, I finally had a chance to pause and reflect. I loved so much about my work, but I realised it was no longer fulfilling me in the same way.
I know what it’s like to feel like you’re barely surviving at work.
And how that feeling overspills into the rest of your life.
It’s easy for that overwhelm and self-doubt to build up – I know, because it happened to me.
I started working with a coach and reassessed what I wanted from my career, and life more broadly.
I redefined success on my terms, leant hard into my strengths and pivoted my career. I haven’t looked back.
And now I’m here to help you redefine success on your terms, thrive in the workplace and make work work for you.
